Good salesmanship, quality product and delivery service

A great experience at B&S in Canon Park, Middlesbrough. Forgot the name of the Salesman who showed good patience with our queries. And the delivery people (Paul Y and Louis D) were great.....made sure the dining was delivered well in time and in good condition. They had to disassemble the table and then reassemble it but did it without any hassle. Overall, quite happy with the purchase and the service.

We have just moved into a brand new…

We have just moved into a brand new house and have purchased a few items for the home from these guys (as we have done over the years as we love the quality) It’s not a conventional development given its car free (something they have been made aware of and even the delivery driver said “I’ve been here before” so can’t complain) the delivery drivers arrived and argued between them as they couldn’t fit the van in - the sofa we purchased was huge and and again they knew this. The builders on site actually did the delivery as they were so useless. The delivery guys just kept saying how stupid the development is (which it is to a degree) but it’s my new home and is car free! The massive insult is when the guys came in and insulted my new living room which has a light tunnel as being “a waste and why would you have a room like this - it’s ridiculous” also didn’t wear a mask! He looked at me like I was a piece of s@@@ the entire time. Really poor to say our new sofa was nearly 3k! He also kept moaning it was a 10 minute delivery (again you were made aware of the development) very poor and massively insulting!

Delivery excellent

Delivery excellent - sofa brought by Craig M and Stephen C from the Middlesbrough Warehouse.Very polite and helpful and coped well with the tight access to the propertyRespetec social distancing and wore masks

Constant delays

Ordered a bed and within the space of a week the delivery date has been moved back 3 times, and they do not sound confident that the date wont change again. Now looking elsewhere for a bed and will cancel my order if found

Poor Service & Late delivery

The item was delivered later than expected and it was extremely impossible to get in contact with the team. I was assured via the chat that someone would be in contact that day to tell me when the item should be expected. It has been a month and I have still not been contacted!

Delivery of sofas

The beautiful sofas arrived very well packaged. Drivers Craig D & Stephen from Middlesbrough's distribution centre rang ahead of delivery and arrived right on time. They brought the sofas into the room, cheerful and friendly. Job done in 10 minutes. Excellent.

Customer Relations fail again

This our second post about this company featuring cusThis company delivered our 3 piece suite 11 weeks late. The only excuse given that the leather was out of stock, a fact we had to extract from them after innumerable email and phone contacts. The suite was delivered with good efficient service, but lacking 4 additional cushions (all paid for), that we were assured were part of the delivery. Despite assurances that they would be delivered within 2 days we are 3 cushions short after 3 week’s waiting and two unanswered emails. It’s just not good enough!

Poor communication

I ordered a new bed 2 months ago. It was supposed to be delivered on 27th November. I received a text 2 days before it was due to say It would be delivered on 4th. Today is the 4th and I’ve just and a text to say your items in stock please call to arrange delivery..... I phoned immediately they can’t deliver it until next Friday. The furniture looks wonderful and the service in store is great, however the time it has taken to get the bed I ordered over 2 months ago and continual change of delivery dates has put me off ordering from them again.

Loving our new chairs

Loving our new chairs! A slight blip with the order which is being sorted out quickly, would otherwise have warranted 5 stars. Delivery guys, Michael and Gordon were friendly and efficient.
